Training Content
The Training will be divided into 2 components
3 Months of Theory Training [minimum 20 hours per week]
- Compulsory > They will be learning Retail / Sales / Customer Service Training
- Optional > It will be more industry focus – choose 1 below
- Project Management in Logistics
- Project Management in Engineering
- Project Management in Information Technology
- Project Management in Healthcare
Practical Training
- Compulsory Program > Certificate of Retail Operations by Kingston International School
- Optional Program > Certificate of Completion by City of Manchester Centre of Management
- After 3 Months Training > You will be going for your internship
The internship period is 6 months [it can be used as a probation period for a full time position] - Each month you will be earning SGD 650 excluding overtime and other incentives
- Internship Arrangement will be done by the Singapore Centre [non selective]
- Further 2 years work contract depending on employee's performance, government criteria

Duration:
3 months – study in Singapore
6 months – internship [practical] SGD 650 month
After 6 months – according to government criteria, visa, individual performances [will get a full time position of SGD2400 per month x 24 months contract]
